Dear Beth, This was awesome! You are so insightful!! I experienced so much of what you are describing.. I am looking forward to breaking out of these limiting beliefs, and discovering a “new me”!!!

Love,

Kimberly

Beth,
You put a great deal of thought and heart into that blog. Baby boomers social norms have been changing and women of today have many more examples for the next generations than when I was growing up. I do feel that with the influence of the internet like-minded women can find more information and be able to network by finding more people to interact with. It is not really about how much money you can make, it is about having the power to feel good about youself and getting the real riches of life: family, friends, sharing talents and helping each other grow and experience happiness.

Subconscious mindset matters more than most people realize. Our beliefs shape and create reality as we know and experience it at any given moment. Rather than receive what we “deserve”, we tend to get what we expect and accept. In this respect, things are changing regarding what women can and will do – and earn. The value of a coach or mentor is not just (greater) experience, but a perspective different from our own – that may allow or assist us to change what we believe we can be, do, and/or have. (and then help us achieve it).
