Conspiracy Of The Rich Chapter 1

Have you ever wondered why women in general make less money than men in the same business, job or profession? Is it really discrimination or could it be related to the programming and mindset that has been instilled into their minds because of the limited mindset of their mothers or perhaps even their fathers.

What would be the results of the income of a woman who was raised by a mother who had high self esteem and total belief in herself vs. a mother who due to low self esteem had never even attempted to break the glass ceiling and rise above “normal or mediocrity”.

From my observation over the years, I think it is more how a woman is programmed mentally to view herself by those who parent or mentor her. For instance, I know of examples of women who were capable of reaching higher ambitions and goals but because they never really left their mother’s nest emotionally, they remained stuck in the limiting beliefs of their mother and limited thus by their own beliefs.

Now compare that to the same type of women who was raised by the same type of mother, yet she somehow was born with a very independent spirit and chose to leave her mother’s nest emotionally and seek a mentor who constantly instilled a personal mindset belief of success, empowerment and enlightenment.

Wow, could this mean that the mothers and fathers and even the mentors in this world could possibly change the ability of women to earn equal income to men just by how they nurture, encourage and inspire their daughters and other women.

How could this be possible? What would it take to change forever how mothers as well as fathers instilled an inner spirit of high self esteem, confidence and perseverance? Can this even be accomplished? Would parents and other influential adults be willing to grow and stretch themselves in order to change the path of success for their daughters and all women in general?

We are what we believe we are and we become what we think we can become. If we think of ourselves as self-conscious, stupid, needy, unattractive, incapable and unintelligent then those are the results we will achieve as income earners. If we think of our selves as confident, intelligent, powerful, influential, attractive, capable, successful and great leaders; then the sky is the limit as to what we as women can achieve.

I have often thought that may be the reason that a mother limits her daughter’s success is because of her own lack of confidence and self esteem. Maybe she subconsciously does not want her daughter to succeed and rise above her own accomplishments, due to the fact that it might show her up as being a failure or lower on the social scale.

That being said, the best way to change the inner belief of daughters and all women is to first instill a self-worth and inner belief in the mothers and adults who are raising and mentors to them. That means changing thought patterns and self beliefs from how one generation perceives to how the next generation perceives the income potential of women.

The one thing that is possible in all of this is the fact that anyone can change how they think about themselves if they are given the skills and the encouragement to do so. This is where mentors can come into play.

I have seen this best demonstrated by the mentorships that have evolved through the MLM Network Marketing system. Lives have been changed drastically through the mentorship of the leaders investing many hours in counseling and advising their business partners. The mind and inner belief can be reprogrammed to think in a totally different way than how that person was raised.

Like I said in the beginning, “We are what we think we are and we become what we think we can become”. This is where the empowerment of mentorship can totally change the financial future for women.

If someone had a mentor who held them accountable on a regular basis and consistently encouraged them, built them up, believed in them, what would the end result be versus a person who was never praised, never encouraged and always told by others that they were a failure in life or never held themselves accountable to anyone. Could the mindset “It takes money to make money” be limiting the belief of those who are poor or have little money or assets?

“So this is what I am hearing you say? If I think that I can make a seven figure income and I am willing to do whatever it takes physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually then you are saying that it is possible for this to really come into fruition.”

Yes, your self talk and mindset will determine your inner beliefs. That is what I am saying. I truly believe this, but first you have to be willing to change and change is hard for most people. This is where the rubber meets the road.

This is where most people leave the path that leads to extreme success and accomplishment, and end up on the path of mediocrity or failure. They refuse to go through the pain it takes to change. It is like eating an elephant, you can only eat it one bite at a time. Changing one thing at a time over a period of time will be less overwhelming.

You might have to change your friends, the family you hang out with, the line of work you are in, change how you spend your time, change the type of the books you read, the media you watch, the music you listen to, how you spend and invest money your money, change where you get your education and how you choose personal relationships. (You will be giving up a lot in the beginning in order to have even more in the end. This is called delayed gratification).

Your social life may perhaps become brainstorming sessions with other people of this new mindset you are trying to development. You may have to change how you spend your own income and instead invest in education through books, CD’s, conferences and courses that will change your thought pattern.

You may have to diversify your income and start a business of you own on the side which you will have to do on nights and weekends in your spare time. Instead of going on vacations you might have to go to events where you hang out with very successful people who can help you develop this new mindset.

You will have to get rid of past negative impossibility thinking and start thinking positive possibility thinking. It is much like spring cleaning. You have to go through your house and throw away all possessions, habits, thought patterns and garbage that is weighting you down and possibly causing your boat to sink.

But most of all you will be stepping out of your comfort zone. You will have to learn how to overcome your fears, disbeliefs and doubts. You must capture and dispel every detrimental thought that creeps into your mind and replace it with thoughts that will lead your becoming the person you want to be. You will be doing a lot of real self examination.

You will have to get honest with yourself and admit your short comings and faults. Yep, that is right you are not as perfect as you once thought you were. Some will even need to go through a 12 step program to overcome addictions to alcohol, spending, food, gambling, sex, co-dependency, pornography or drugs. If you are a spiritual person you should consider developing your relationship with your creator or higher power.

You will have to have an accountability system in place to keep you on tract, perhaps someone you call a sponsor or accountability partner. This will be a most humbling experience, but one of the most valuable things you can do. You will have to learn to love yourself “warts and all”.

Forgiveness will be a big stumbling block, but yes you must be willing to forgive those in your past who have harmed you. This could be the very thing that has you stuck and possibly depressed because anger turned inward leads to depression and may other problems., You will even find that you will be set free of your own guilt and self limiting beliefs when you ask for the forgiveness of others you have harmed.

This will be very much like a moth transforming into a butterfly. Once you go through the molten stage you will develop wings and will be able to fly and the sky will be no limit. You can soar as you are now free of all the garbage and grave clothes that once had kept you pinned up inside your own body.

It is a freedom that you can not put a price on. Once you arrive at this new “YOU”, you will do whatever it takes to continue progress forward and never have to return to your old self limiting beliefs. You will be filled with a HOPE that no words can describe. You will want to share your story with others as you now have become the mentor and give back to the world this new found freedom that you have discovered. You become a giver and not a taker. You desire to help give others a hand up and not just a hand out. As you continue to give, more will come back to you than you can possibly imagine.
